SHIPPING-In stock items are generally shipped within 2-5 business days and can be tracked via the shipping carrier. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to check on the delivery status. We will let you know if theres any delays on our end.
-Costumized items will be noted in the product description. They will take a bit longer to be shipped 7-10 business days.
-Angeles Crafts cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
-Packages do not go out on Sundays and Holidays.
RETURNS
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on ALL items.
DAMAGE & ISSUES
-Please inspect your order as soon as you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-We are not responsible for damage packages, please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
